My Good Rental was born from a simple need: a better way to manage family rental properties.
It all started during a family vacation in the Northwoods of Wisconsin. Josh's father owns multiple unique properties with short-term rentals and boat rentals, and he needed a better way to manage everything in one place.
Seeing the challenges firsthand - juggling multiple platforms, dealing with high fees, and struggling to keep track of bookings - Josh set out to build a solution. What started as a family project has grown into a platform designed to help property owners like you.
Today, My Good Rental is run by Josh and Alyssia Constine, a husband-and-wife team passionate about making rental management simple and helping families create unforgettable memories in nature.
